How It Works
- Enable auto-pay and securely save your card with Stripe
- Each Monday, we charge your card for the previous week’s shipments (Sunday–Saturday)
- If the charge succeeds, you receive a receipt (no action needed)
- If the charge fails, you have 30 days to pay manually or update your card
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged each Monday for the previous week’s shipments (Sunday–Saturday billing period). The charge covers all shipments and fees from that week.
What happens if my card is declined?
If the charge fails, you’ll receive an email notification. You’ll have 30 days (Net-30) to either pay manually or update your payment method.
Is my card information secure?
Yes. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I cancel auto-pay anytime?
Yes. You can disable auto-pay at any time from this page. You’ll switch back to Net-7 manual invoice billing.
