- Tiered discounts: The more you ship, the more you save. We calculate tiers using last month’s shipment count and apply them to the current month.
- Pay-as-You-Go: No monthly fees. Pay at checkout. Stripe processing fees are passed through (2.9% + $0.30).
- Preferred: Free to join — no setup fee, no monthly fee, no per-shipment fee. Invoiced after shipment with processing fees waived, dedicated support, CSV bulk shipments, and CSV address imports. BYOC can be added at a reduced $0.08 per-shipment fee.
Tiers are recalculated monthly based on your previous month’s shipped total and take effect at the start of the new month.

How are tiers calculated?
We count your total shipments from the previous calendar month and apply the corresponding tier discount for the current month.
Do BYOC shipments count toward my tier?
Yes. BYOC shipments are still shipments and count toward your monthly shipment total for tiering.
Do processing fees affect my discount level?
No. Tiers are based on shipment counts, not payment processing fees.
How is the discount applied for each shipment?
For both Pay-as-You-Go and Preferred pricing, discounts are applied on each shipment. All discounts will be noted in the quote before you ship.
When do tiers reset?
At the start of each month, based on your prior month’s shipment count.
What are the per-shipment fees for BYOC?
BYOC is available as a standalone plan or as an add-on to Preferred. Standalone BYOC has a per-shipment fee of $0.10 per label. Preferred customers using BYOC pay a reduced rate of $0.08 per label.
