What’s the difference between the three plans?
- Pay-As-You-Go — Free to use. Pay per shipment at checkout with full tiered discounts.
- BYOC (Bring Your Own Credentials) — Use your own courier account while we handle booking and tracking.
- Preferred — Free to join. Consolidated invoicing, waived processing fees, enhanced discounts, priority support, and the option to add BYOC functionality.
Can I combine BYOC with another plan?
BYOC can be used standalone or combined with Preferred. When combined with Preferred, you’ll see your courier rates alongside our SAS rates and can choose the best option for each shipment.
When are BYOC and Preferred customers invoiced?
Both BYOC and Preferred customers receive weekly consolidated invoices (Sunday–Saturday billing periods). BYOC customers get NET 7 terms (or NET 30 with auto-pay). Preferred customers always get NET 7 terms. All shipments, platform fees, and applicable taxes are combined into one invoice.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade to Preferred or add BYOC at any time. Downgrades from Preferred to Pay-As-You-Go are also supported, subject to settling any outstanding invoices.
What fees apply to BYOC?
BYOC requires a one-time setup fee (currently $99.95) , a monthly platform fee (currently $49.95) , and a per-shipment fee of $0.10 per label (plus 13% HST). You pay your couriers directly for shipping costs; we handle the booking, tracking, and platform tools. BYOC customers receive weekly invoices with NET 7 payment terms (or NET 30 with auto-pay enabled). Processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are applied to each statement.
What fees apply to Preferred?
Base Preferred has no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no per-shipment fee. Processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are waived for all Preferred customers. Payment terms are always NET 7. If you add BYOC functionality to use your own courier accounts, the BYOC fees apply: $99.95 one-time setup, $49.95/month, and $0.08 per label (plus 13% HST) for BYOC shipments.
How are discounts applied to each plan?
Discounts are applied at the shipment level and shown in every rate quote:
- Pay-As-You-Go: Full tiered discounts (Gold/Platinum/Diamond) based on last month’s volume
- Preferred: Custom base discount negotiated for your account
- BYOC: Uses your own courier rates — no SAS discounts apply

Do you support CSV uploads for bulk shipments?
Yes. CSV bulk shipment upload and CSV address book import are available exclusively to Preferred customers. Upload hundreds of shipments at once or quickly populate your address book from a spreadsheet.
