BYOC fees are included in your weekly invoice. The per-shipment fee applies only to shipments booked using your own courier credentials.

Manage Courier Credentials

Cancel Preferred Status

If you no longer need Preferred status, you can cancel it. This will:

  • Switch you to pay-as-you-go pricing (per-shipment billing with processing fees)
  • Remove access to batch CSV import
  • Remove enhanced discounts
  • End weekly invoicing (you’ll pay per shipment instead)
  • You can re-apply for Preferred anytime via the application form (/user/preferred/apply)

Important: Any outstanding invoices must still be paid. Cancelling Preferred does not cancel invoice obligations.
