Your account has Preferred status active. You’re enjoying:

BYOC Add-On (1 Credential)
You have BYOC (Bring Your Own Courier) enabled, allowing you to use your own courier credentials alongside our SAS rates.

BYOC fees are included in your weekly invoice. The per-shipment fee applies only to shipments booked using your own courier credentials.
Cancel Preferred Status
If you no longer need Preferred status, you can cancel it. This will:
- Switch you to pay-as-you-go pricing (per-shipment billing with processing fees)
- Remove access to batch CSV import
- Remove enhanced discounts
- End weekly invoicing (you’ll pay per shipment instead)
- You can re-apply for Preferred anytime via the application form (/user/preferred/apply)
Important: Any outstanding invoices must still be paid. Cancelling Preferred does not cancel invoice obligations.
